Form A Drain by CertainTeed is a patented, permanent foundation system that performs three very important functions: forms footings, drains the foundation and provides a means for radon gas evacuation. Perfect for residential home basements, Form-A-Drain is comprised of lineal sections used and installed as the foundation footing forms. Because Form-A-Drain is permanent, time is not spent removing and cleaning traditional wood forms. In addition, no perimeter drain system needs to be installed. We stock Form-A-Drain 12' lineal sections along with couplings, double & single outlets, 90° and 45° corners, vertical 90° L's, grade stakes and spacer straps.
